About

I'm Iren Puj, Abstract Storyteller.
Originally from Hungary, now creating near London. Art runs in my blood, my father was a sculptor, but painting became my language for translating life into something you can feel.
Motherhood changed everything. It taught me to capture the fleeting moments that define us. My work holds the stories we carry, emotions, memories, and truths that shape who we are.
Through dark, layered colors and luminous gold, I create paintings that speak what words cannot. Each piece becomes a mirror for your own journey.
ARTIST STATEMENT:
Motherhood taught me to see beauty in what slips away, the moments between chaos and calm, presence and loss. That's where my paintings begin.
I work with dark, layered colours to hold the weight of
memory, and gold leaf to honour what remains. Each piece becomes a quiet record of transformation for women who've learned that motherhood doesn't just change what you do, it changes who you are.
